Two Soul Winners Charged in Singapore

Voice Of The Martyrs reports that a couple of soul winners have run afoul of the "harmony" laws in Singapore. Ong Cheong and Dorothy Leng were distributing the Chick tract, The Little Bride. They have been charged with violating the Sedition Act for "promoting feelings of ill-will and hostility between different races or classes of the population of Singapore."

They were also charged with violating the Undesirable Publications Act banning any material that depicts "race or religion in a manner...likely to cause feelings of enmity, hatred, ill-will or hostility between different racial or religious groups." They were booked and released on $10,000 bail each and their passports were impounded. If convicted, they face maximum fines of $5,000 for each offence and up to three years in jail.

Muslim and sodomite activists in the U.S. are pressing for similar anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws in both state and local governments. This is by far the biggest threat to soul winning. We need to pray, vote, and keep using tracts to find those who are open to the gospel.
