The landscape of the one-world government/one-world religion is rapidly forming. As the various pieces of the jigsaw puzzle come together, they clearly match the picture that the Bible describes.

As indicated, the puzzle pieces come in two basic forms: government and religion.

GOVERNMENT

On the government side, the western world is now mainly dominated by the religion of Marxism. It goes by a number of names such as socialism, collectivism, communism, etc.

All have a common strategy of bringing the entire culture under the control of a small group of elites. These pull the strings on vast layers of puppet bureaucrats.

Marxism claims to be non-religious, “secular.” But it has the basic hallmarks of a religion by embracing a specific worldview and lifestyle that raises the self as the central idol.

RELIGION

Outside the western world there is a curious mixture of politics and religion. Roman Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy both purport to be independent religions. However, in recent decades they have been drawn into the secular/Marxist orbit by the lust for power.

The other two religious outliers, Hinduism and Islam, insist on an inseparable mixture of government and religion. Both are quick to use barbaric cruelties encouraged by their religion and condoned by their government.

The Satanic brutalities witnessed in recent history vividly illustrate who is the spiritual father of all of these politico-religious systems. And his ultimate goal is very clear: eliminate all traces of biblical Christianity.

Of particular interest to western Christians, is the rising world government's efforts to eliminate the customary freedoms of speech and religion, enjoyed in the last few centuries. The restrictions during the COVID pandemic are turning out to be lab experiments for the more comprehensive plans being discussed in numerous global conferences since then.

Under the umbrella of the United Nations there are powerful bureaucracies such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Health Organization (WHO), etc.

One of these now being heavily pushed by the secular media is the World Health Organization. The COVID experiment in global population control was so successful that they are now considering how to expand that useful tool.

At the recent World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland, this January, the World Health Organization warned that the world could face a pandemic 20 times worse than COVID-19 in the future. They postulate another global pandemic by a super bug called Disease X.

It is a straw man that they have propped up to create another world panic. They hope to use it to scare world leaders into handing over their sovereignty to central world control. They claim it is necessary to prepare for the coming imaginary pandemic.

The WHO has already begun some initiatives to support technology sharing and boost disease surveillance between countries.

CLIMATE CHANGE

Another fear-maker is “climate change.” Again, the objective is government control, this time of prosperity. The industrial and knowledge revolutions created a prosperous middle class. Some of those riches went to fulfilling the Biblical prophecy that the gospel would be preached to all nations:

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:14

Satan is furious at this development!

SOCIALISM

Control of the money system is also another aspect of the globalist/socialist push. Raw socialism has brought devastating inflation everywhere.

In a speech this month at the World Economic Forum, Argentine President Javier Milei spoke in direct opposition to the global elites in attendance when he said:

"Today I’m here to tell you that the Western world is in danger. And it is in danger because those who are supposed to have defended the values of the West are co-opted by a vision of the world that inevitably leads to socialism and thereby to poverty.

"...the main leaders of the Western world have abandoned the model of freedom for different versions of what we call collectivism.

"We’re here to tell you that collectivist experiments are never the solution to the problems that afflict the citizens of the world, but rather they are the root cause.

"Do believe me, no one [is] in a better place than us Argentines to testify to these two points."

What is “needed” is a common worldwide currency. Of course, this must be monitored by a central government to control the boom-and-bust gyrations.

This will also require a personal ID that cannot be counterfeited; necessary to control the evils of money laundering and other forms of “corruption.”

China has perfected this already with their digital money tied to digital IDs. With those the government has constant surveillance of all transactions. People are issued “social credits” for approved behavior. Points are deducted for wrong choices such as paying tithes to a church.

Here we come right back to the Revelation 13 description of control of commerce by a central government-issued ID. All who refuse the ID (Mark of the Beast) will be unable to buy or sell.

These clouds of fear are gathering, and we do not know the day nor the hour when the door to soul winning will close. There is, however, a break in the clouds because the enemies of Christ are still quite divided and often turning on one another like the enemies of Israel did in the Old Testament.

As believers it is so comforting to know that God told us ahead of time how this would play out. Satan's fear generator cannot touch our peace. The Bible says that we are to be instant with the Great Commission whether in season or out of season.
