A Message From Jack Chick - May 2000

Dear Ones in Christ,

When I was a student in High School, I had two Christian friends who knew the Lord but were silent about it. They never spoke to me about the Lord or gave me the warning that I was facing the Lake of Fire.

I went on to spend three years in the military during World War II in the South Pacific. I was careless and lost. Still no one warned me that if I got killed in battle I would go to Hell.

I was saved after I came home and one day I met one of those High School friends at church. I was thrilled to see that he was a Christian. As we talked, I was shaken when I found out that he was saved at 9 years of age. I asked him, "Why didn't you warn me? I could have been killed in New Guinea."

His reply was, "My brother and I figured that you would be the last guy on earth who would ever accept Christ." That really hurt because now I knew the eternal repercussions of not knowing Christ.

Beloved, there is a sea of lost people that must be warned. As soul winners, our job is to sound a warning to the unsaved. Most people have no concept of what will happen to them after death.

Our new tract, "THE WARNING," will shake them up to see what they are facing.

Your brother in Christ,

Jack Chick
